ARLINGTON HEIGHTS – State Senator Mark Walker is inviting 27th District residents to attend an upcoming town hall to learn about recent legislation and state budget investments.
“Town halls provide an opportunity to learn about legislation and investments that will have local impact,” said Walker (D-Arlington Heights). “I look forward to engaging with residents at these events and hearing about the issues that matter most to our community.”
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and speak with their state legislators. The town halls will be held on the following days:
- Wednesday, July 10, 6 p.m. at Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave., with State Representatives Mary Beth Canty and Nicolle Grasse
- Thursday, July 11, 7 p.m. at Rolling Meadows Park District, 3000 Central Road, with State Representative Nicolle Grasse
- Thursday, July 18, 7 p.m. at Prospect Heights Public Library, 12 N. Elm St., with State Representative Mary Beth Canty
